We're approaching the New Year and I'm so excited to see what the Lord has planned for 2012! I have a few shows lined up already as well as a ton of new songs written. I am looking forward to recording a full-length worship album this upcoming year Lord willing, so we'll see what happens! One of the awesome features is called Ignite The Day and it's a daily devotional from Monday to Saturday every week. I am also one of the six writers of these devotionals. Next Friday, the 26th we will be leading worship for the Whosoevers and I know that the Lord is going to do great things there. I hope that it blessed you!Andrew06/27/2011Thursday night was awesome, the band and I had the blessed opportunity to share some of our songs, and lead the kids into worship. It was beautiful. Sunday morning was such a blessing as well. My awesome church allowed me to play a song off of my CD and set up a table outside with CDs and Posters. Jeremy asked me if I would do this again in two weeks. If you were not able to come out and pick up a CD be sure to come out next time. We will have new dates up here soon. Also, we are figuring some things out for paypal so the store is currently not operational. We will have all of the bugs worked out soon, but for now the CDs and Posters will only be available at shows. It will be at Wildwood Calvary in Yucaipa, we will be meeting at Park View Middle School. Even from an early age, it was evident that God had blessed Andrew with a passion and love for music that would ultimately be used to bring glory to God. By just 5-years old, he had begun playing drums and by the age of 8, Andrew was already performing in front of crowds playing drums and singing.In 2002, God used extenuating circumstances to truly bring Andrew to that place where God would mold him and begin to use his musical abilities the most powerfully. At that time, the Enos family moved to an apartment in Orange County. This meant that Andrew would have to set the drums aside for a season. On a whim, he decided to pick up his father's guitar. His dad taught him some chords and it was during that time that God's calling on Andrew as a singer/songwriter and worship leader began to unfold. With the introduction of the guitar, Andrew's passion for worship began to flow more powerfully than it ever had before and he was inspired to begin writing countless worship songs. At the age of 12, he formed his first band and by 16-years old, Andrew had formed and played numerous instruments for six different Christian bands. This opened up the door to be a guest musician in several other local bands, which led to opportunities to play at numerous venues. With this blessing of experience, God allowed Andrew to have the confidence to be able to play in front of hundreds of people.Andrews true passion has always been to lead God's people into spirit-led worship, to bless God's children by helping them enter into His presence, and to bring glory and honor to His name through song. Andrew left his band when the family moved to the Inland Empire. This new beginning allowed him the freedom to pursue music as a solo artist. With this fresh start, he began to focus solely on improving his craft of vocals and songwriting. By 2007, God had led Andrew and his family to Yucaipa, CA and his home church of Wildwood Calvary Chapel, where it was quickly realized by the church leadership that God had a powerful call on Andrew in the area of worship. Andrew continues to serve in ministry as he leads worship there on a weekly basis. Since then, the Lord has blessed Andrews abilities and opened up doors for him to travel to other churches and venues where he leads worship as both a solo artist and with a band. Andrew has had the blessed oportunity to open for bands such as: OneRepublic, Fireflight, Wavorly, Evan Wickham, Shachah, Tedashii, Josh Porter, and many more.

It was really on my heart to write an explanation for the lyrics of each song, so I have decided to dedicate this section to that purpose. 1. Rest AssuredI wrote the music to this song when I was sixteen years old, it was a time of trial and I was totally unsure of what would come next in my life. By the time I started recording the final version of this song, three years had gone by and my son had just been born. The first time my wife and I had the chance to hear our sons heartbeat at the doctor's appointment I took my phone out and recorded it (because Im a very sentimental person and thought it would be cool to keep). Shortly after that appointment they found that our son had a single vessel chord, which raised any risk of potential issues. Naturally this news brought us to our knees and we were so scared and unsure. All along I felt the Lord speaking to my heart "rest assured, My will is good" and I had peace. When Elijah was finally born everything was perfect, he was healthy, and it was a reminder of Gods grace. After a while I figured out that his heartbeat would be the perfect addition to the instrumentation of this song. Now Elijah is here because of the Lords perfect plan, and Elijah truly is the heartbeat to this track. So even though this is used as an introduction to the CD, it is powerful to me because it speaks of Gods desire to carry us through the storms. 2. GreyI wrote this song when I was fifteen years old, and at that time I was watching some of my closest friends walk away from the Lord. I decided to write a song from the perspective of someone who is living for himself, fully acknowledging that he is forfeiting his inheritance in the Kingdom of God. There were a couple passages of scripture going through my head when writing this, there was the parable of the prodigal son, which is found in Luke 15:11-32, and the example of being lukewarm in Revelation 3:15-16. I called it Grey because to me it is between light and dark, it is the dangerous ground on which we tread, and it is mediocrity. It became the title track for the album because I think its a message that we all need to be reminded of. It is my prayer that you would join me in this relentless war against spiritual apathy. Please leave the Grey.3. Its YouThis is one of those songs that came together in five minutes, right before I left to lead worship for the youth at my church. I played it that night because I knew that the Lord gave it to me for that place and time. The heart of this song comes from Romans 1:20 where it speaks of Gods invisible attributes. Every time I look at the stars I am reminded of how evident it is that we have a Creator, and how it shows of His love for us. I remember looking at the sky thinking how can people not believe in God? and that is the moment when the idea for this song was birthed. Even though it is obvious to me that God is the Creator, this song is my apology for not always acknowledging Him as the God of all things, and for turning my back on Him at times in my life. I hope that you are able to use this song in your own worship time, and I pray that when you hear it, you are reminded that our Lord reigns high above the earth! 4. DamascusThis song was written about Sauls transformation into Paul and the things that took place in his heart. This story can be found in Acts chapter 9. I love this story because it shows the power of Christ! This was such an extreme transformation, yet so many of us can relate to it. Praise the Lord for saving that man, and praise the Lord for saving you and me!5. The HarvestI wrote the music to this song and recorded a rough version to listen to on my ipod. I labeled the song "Write Lyrics!" and I didnt write anything for over a year. One day when I was working, I was driving in the car and I put the song on just to listen to. The first time through I already had almost all of the lyrics! I took my phone out and recorded the words on a voice memo. I wrote the lyrics from my heart, they were related to my work situation at that time, and the constant battle with the flesh. I decided to record this song using only the acoustic guitar and vocals. It is by far the most plain out of the nine songs, but to me the lyrics are some of the deepest out of the bunch.6. Faithful to the faithlessMy awesome friend Nick and I had wanted to write a song together for quite some time but due to our crazy schedules we were unable. Finally we made a deal to write our own parts on the topic of faith, and to bring them together when we were finished. So we finished our parts and came together one day before a show to practice it and we played it the next day! Nick is the genius behind this song; I just accompanied him in song. 7. Things UnseenOkay, this one is crazy to me One night I had a dream that I was in a mall. I was going around in this mall telling people about the good news of Christ Jesus. I saw a man in the distance, he was curled up around his hand and I could tell that he was in a great deal of pain. I went up to the man, and without even speaking to him I grabbed a hold of his hand with both of mine. His hand was deformed, it was all curled up and he could not move it. When I took hold of his hand, I began to pray like I had never done before. In this prayer I was speaking of some of the innumerable miracles that God had performed since before time. I knew in this dream that the purpose of the prayer was to boost this mans faith so that he would believe that he could be healed. As the prayer went on, I got louder and louder as my faith had reached a level that it had never been. When I got to the end of the prayer, I opened my eyes and slowly released the mans hand, only to find that it had been completely healed. Once the man saw his hand, we hugged each other and began to weep. I awoke from this dream with tears streaming down my face, and I knew right away that it was the most powerful dream that I ever had. The next day I wrote this song about the dream, and later was able to record it for this record. "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Hebrews 11:18. Davids SongPlain and simple, this song is about David and Goliath. I had never heard a song that talked about this amazing story, and that was so surprising to me considering how many times I heard it as a kid. This story can be found in 1 Samuel 17.9. PlantedThis song is out of Psalm 1:2-3 and is about the tree planted by the water. In these two verses there is so much to grasp, and I still havent fully done that! I want to be like that tree that is planted by the living water. The Lord is great, His name is high above any other, I choose to follow His voice, and according to His Word I will live.
1. Rest AssuredInstrumental/Psalm 232. GreyPlease pass that "Cure" over my way, because lately I just feel so empty. Ive held my head up too many times before; its time to give in and see what this world has. I need to know what it feels like to know no pain. I need to know what it feels like to live again. I know whats wrong from right but I cant seem to stay behind the line that says youve gone too far and you need to open up your eyes. So please hold that door for me, Ill follow if it makes me feel all right. I see your point but I need temporary security. Sooner or later I know that I will change, theres plenty of time for me to get things right. This is my time and Ill live for no one else. This is the end, what have I done to dig this hole? This is the end now Ill stand before the King and say The road that you walk is littered with unmaintained signs reading optional and suggested route, routes with uprooted seeds sprout fields that choked out what used to be called fields of crops, now weeds. Along this path you waver on tights ropes called fences of grey, choose you this day whom you will serve, choose which side of the fence you will dive, decide, this side, pour yourselves out as the drink offering instead of both sides of the fence mixing Revelation 3:15-16. Mediocrity is the leading cause for walks riddled with compromise and arguably the single most important battle requiring victory to mature our faith. Paint the fruit that you bare taint colored because it tastes exactly like the conditions of your heart. 3. Its YouThe sky whispers all that You are, the ocean screams Your name. Creation is written in the stars, let our lives proclaim. So well sing to You at the top of our lungs though our throats are dry and our hearts are numb, Lord well bring You praise. Abba, Father please save me from the things I let come between, Ive made myself run so far away. Bring me back my first love, Jesus its You. A million diamonds could not express the worth You hold to me. I will spend my life trying to explain, but words will always fail. Well shout until the end of days, Christ alone will light our way. Hes the Way.4. DamascusI was born with a price to pay; this debt Ive earned digs deeper every day. These filthy feet have yet to be washed. Unforgivable defines this life. For the first time I see the light, its coming from the Son whose Blood covers this new life, submerged in the cleansing water Ill leave behind the mask that bought me death and brainwashed my mind. Precious Jesus, the one who set me free. No longer will you see those chains on me. This undeserved grace, the new air I breathe. The scales have fallen, I can finally see. I will not turn away from this, I will not fall back down. 5. The HarvestGod, let us not be a body of mask-wearing folks who pass each other on the street and dont recognize at all. Strip us Lord of our inconsistencies; break down the walls that build the house of anxiety. Every seed that you plant in the dirt will be harvested above the ground. We pass around be warmed and filled like its a game. Lord, teach us what it means to be blameless and unashamed. Why cant we all just be who we are, why cant who we are look like Christ?6. Faithful to the FaithlessI want to flip this continent with all Christs vowels and consonants, constantly oscillating amongst all its occupants placing my flesh in moments uncomfortable so that You can be my comfort fulfilling my chosen purpose. Im not the road map to success eyes; Im just the traveling circus. But He is faithful to come, He is faithful to cries, He is faithful to move, He is faithful to rise, faithful to the faithful, and faithful to the weak, faithful to shape and faithful to break. This is how I seek; I place my faith in Christ so that I live when I die. If you have faith in God above then why dont you believe that theres a devil below? If you want to get to heaven, why dont you live everyday like theres a hell? Hes got the whole world in His hands. When the battle seems hard faith fight on and the children of God still worship in song. The Gospel of God still delivers the oppressed, sin taken off my back and joy sown in my chest. No matter what the weakness and/or distress He remains faithful even to the faithless. I control my decisions and at the end of the day when can I close my eyes knowing I walked by faith? Stained from the planets brand of unclean. Whats the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen? Faith in the friction found in crucifixion, faith in the God who still speaks when I resist Him. As Kingdom kids we count it all as lost because even until our last dying breath weve got faith in the cross, faith in the cross not faith in cash, faith in God not faith in mass. This is how I seek; I place my faith in Christ so that I live when I die. . If you have faith in God above then why dont you believe that theres a devil below? If you want to get to heaven, why dont you live everyday like theres a hell? Hes got the whole world in His hands, Hes got you and me in His hands. If youve got faith in the unsung, hung once Son, then songs should be sung of this resurrected One. Well Ive got faith in the unsung, hung once Son, so songs are sung of this resurrected Son. Faith in the cross.7. Things UnseenThese tears are falling, for those who will receive. These arms were made to wrap around, those who will believe. Lord, give us the faith to follow through, to follow You, give us the eyes to see. Give us the heart that leads to You, worships You, give us the liberty. Child stretch out your hand, its time to believe, the pain that youve always known will no longer be. Im dreaming of days where everything is Spirit guided. Lord, open our eyes to all of the things that we cannot see. 8. Davids SongWho is this man whom you are so afraid, what has he done? Is he not mortal like you or like me? Who is this man, that he should defy the army of the True and Living God? The Lord delivered me from the mouth of a lion and from the paw of a bear. The Lord, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine. You come to me with a sword and a spear; I come to you in the name of the Lord. The God of the army in which youve defied, He will deliver you into my hand. King heres the head of the man whom you were once afraid. 9. PlantedOn Your law I will meditate, on your word I will celebrate both day and night, day and night. I choose, I choose to be like the tree You planted by the water. I love, I love You Jesus, my soul will sing a brand new song to You alone. In Your perfect time I know, I will bear the fruit which You have sown both day and night, day and night. You know my way, you know my thoughts, you know my hearts next beat. You know each prayer, You know the way I feel You next to me.
